Desktop Calendar

I made myself a Desktop Calendar a few weeks ago, but never got around to photographing it (oops!). It was super easy to make following Elaine Jackson’s video.

For mine I used the Under The Tree Specialty Designer Paper from the Stampin’ UP! Autumn-Winter Catalogue with the Project Life Day to Day and the Larger Than Life Alphabet & Numbers Stamp Sets with Early Espresso ink from the 2014-2015 catalogue.

Only thing is – the boys loved them so much that they want one each for their rooms lol!

Perpetual Birthday Calendar Sneak Peek

Here is your first Sneak Peek from the Spring & Summer 2015 Stampin’ UP! Catalogue, which runs from 6th January until 31st March.

The catalogue contains five lovely Project Kits, of which the Perpetual Birthday Calendar is one. The kit includes printed calendar sheets, a chipboard sheet which forms the back of the clipboard style calendar, box, die-cut banners, accent stickers, alphabet stickers, baker’s twine, ribbon, sequin trim, glitter, sequins, a folder clip and a sponge. All you need to add is your ink and adhesive.

I teamed my kit up with the co-ordinating Perpetual Birthday Calendar Stamp Set which has little accent stamps as well as the twelve month stamps and a textured background stamp.

The kit was really quick and easy to put together and I have loads of bits left over to add to other projects, so at £14.50 (plus £21.95 if you want to add the stamps) I think it is fantastic value for money.

Here are my pages, which I put together following the suggestions included with the kit.
